Regardless of who is calling you personally, and whether you want them to call you or not, this number isn't spamming you. Some of us have loved ones trying to reach out to us through this number. i missed all 3 calls made to me today because this number was auto-blocked due to incorrect reports.

A limit to how many times an inmate should call. Court people are overwhelmed with cases. The time they spend answering their phone is the less time they have to process paperwork.

NCIC represents a bunch of different County jails. set up NCIC account 2 prepay 4 phone time 2 talk 2 ur locked up loved 1. you're only charged when you accept a call . u pay is specific 2 your #. whoever wants to talk to the inmate has to set up their own NCIC account
