Oh because it's a jail they categorize it as spam & don't even give me the option to answer it. Which yes i certainly did want to answer it. im so mad i missed a loved one's calls. Truecaller what??

A limit to how many times an inmate should call. Court people are overwhelmed with cases. The time they spend answering their phone is the less time they have to process paperwork.

Regardless of who is calling you personally, and whether you want them to call you or not, this number isn't spamming you. Some of us have loved ones trying to reach out to us through this number. i missed all 3 calls made to me today because this number was auto-blocked due to incorrect reports.
