this is not a scam. I actually work for Aetna and was calling myself to make sure that my settings were correct on my work phone. it showed up as a scam on my true caller, but it is not. This is from Aetna case management.

This call came showing itself as Aetna. If the phone is listed as the caller's number, it might be an independent contractor on behalf of Aetna. It's a chicken-or-egg decision. Maybe scammers like wolves in sheep's clothing too. This had to do with Aetna today. Part sales, part why am I leaving.
