this is not a scam. I actually work for Aetna and was calling myself to make sure that my settings were correct on my work phone. it showed up as a scam on my true caller, but it is not. This is from Aetna case management.

CALLER ID IDENTIFIED CALLER AS SPAM & THEY ARE ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFO...NO THANKS ITS A SCAM SCAM SCAM

This call came showing itself as Aetna. If the phone is listed as the caller's number, it might be an independent contractor on behalf of Aetna. It's a chicken-or-egg decision. Maybe scammers like wolves in sheep's clothing too. This had to do with Aetna today. Part sales, part why am I leaving.

This is actually Aetna. I got a callback based on feedback I left and they were familiar with my previous call to Aetna.

This is not a spam number, this number belongs to Aetna customer support
