Advice - Make a payment date plan the 1st time they call and they won't call you again unless you don't pay on time again. I've had them for several yrs. They are very nice people. I've asked about auto pay and they said its coming. Its my only bill that isnt on autopay.

Word of advice if they try to say you didn't pay or they claim that you supposedly owe them money then ask them to send you proof of it in the mail and refuse to pay them anything until they do. Chances are its probably just a phishing scam.

So I make payments barely on time, but still on time. It takes their garbage "system" 3-4 days to catch up, during which time I'm bombarded with 7/8 phone calls a day, sometimes more. if I answer the phone and say hello twice I hang up, there's never anyone on the other end. Then I block em.

People on here that complain are silly pay your bills these are not scammers and that is as simple as that you knew what you were getting into when you signed up for a high APR. I suggest most of you complainers pay your bills and cancel your cards.

This is First Premier and they call about late payments on their credit cards. They do call excessively in order to set up payment arrangements that border harrassment, but this can be avoided by paying your card on time.

I make a payment early and then they charge me a late fee and say that I didn't pay, even with proof

They call on Sunday at 6 am and even at 9pm on a Sunday. ive answered a few times and then they don't answer me ignoring me for as long as 3 minutes wo an answer. they simply ignore me its not right called at 6am on a Sunday morning and as late as 9 pm on same sunday. ive called the bank they claim
