How odd that Optucal Express pops up as "political", it is neither "political" nor a scam. They do eye tests and laser eye szrgery, nothing wrong with that. A bit atrangecthat Glasgow is calling as I am not in Scotland, maybe ut's their call centre.

Not a scam, but their communication with their local clinics is very bad, as I have already passed on consultation in Dublin but the headquarters in Glasgow continues to call me nin-stop.

It's just Optical Express. It's not a spam caller at all. Either the people who are complaining gave their number and forgot, or someone has used their number. They continue to call because they're trying to help with info you requested. Just answer and they'll stop. It's not that difficult.
