just had a call from them claiming O2... they upgraded my sim only contact... no personal information i.e bank details were given and sim only has been upgraded.

Definitely a scam, he didn’t even know the correct items of what he was offering. Was very pushy for me to buy something when I said I’d bought my phone outright. Truth be told, they’re obviously been a privacy leak 02…. They will have some of your details so don’t be easily mislead… it’s a SCAM

This is O2 as a lovely lady called me from this number when i was abroad not to sell me anything, just to do a review of my account. I am awaiting a callback but missed it today. reckon they will call back tomorrow

Unrecognised number, but a quick Google search revealed thousands of reports saying it is a fraudulent call purporting to be from O2. DO NOT ANSWER.
