I confirmed this number with PNC customer service that is on the bank website. it is not a scammer or fraud. it is PNC fraud protection verifying if certain purchases were made due to suspicious activity.

Not sure why anyone would mark this as spam. If you think this is spam, I'm worried about your life a little bit. All kidding aside, it's just like others mentioned, and is PNC advising you of suspicious activity on your account. You can confirm the transaction is okay to process or not.
