My son received his money on a Direct Express card from the day he started getting SSI benefits until I closed his case. He never had any issues with his checks; they always arrived on time. The service and customer support were great.

Scammers are using a FALSE Caller ID to impersonate this reputable service. DON'T Block it or you won't get the authentic calls, but scold them for using the number. False Caller ID is Federal Wire Fraud & a prison sentence !
