I called them. This is the number on my medicare premium bill. So it is legit.

Scammers spoof this number claiming to be with Medicare, etc to get your personal information for various unsavory reasons. DO NOT give your card or personal information to anyone! Hang up & call Medicare or whomever they claim to be! ALWAYS verify before giving peronal information! Truly sad!!!

what's your problem with the real Medicare system this number is on the back of my red white and blue Medicare card so why are y'all reporting it as spam it is true that Medicare will never call you and ask for personal information they only send letters out but you do have the option to call them

It's because the call comes through as just a person's name. This call I did from the back of the card comes through as Kenneth Carter, so he's not in my Contacts, so he's automatically blocked, and if it comes through anyway because of the number, I still wouldn't recognize it, and I'd block it!!

This number was spoofed. Caller was not actually Medicare. This was regarding a genetic testing scam. BE CAREFUL !
