this Absolutely ridiculous!!! Every time I keep trying to activate my card the automated voice says it's invalid. And NO customer service to help!!!

who ordered a new Direct Express Card? This message says "I" ordered a new card, That is so not true! Who ever this number belongs to is useing it for illegal purposses & The Trusuary Department of The U.S is not aware of these illegal actions, i think they should be told.
