Scam…. Scam …scam Don’t provide your bank information during this . This is an VoIP calls mostly from a scam center located in India pretending a fraud agent to steal card information . Be careful while answering this call or it has better to block it.

Not a scam was legit my credit union and only asked to verify last 4 digits on everything. I used to work fraud detection and these are standard practice calls nothing sus here plus txt, e-mail, even credit union verified it was legit when I walked in and asked just to be sure!

Called me to tell me my card is being put on hold due to “unusual activity.” The unusual activity was me spending 7 on public transportation in the city I live in. Yeah, no way… When I tried calling back to the number they gave me, the name of my credit union was not mentioned in the call: RED FLAG
