Scam…. Scam …scam Don’t provide your bank information during this . This is an VoIP calls mostly from a scam center located in India pretending a fraud agent to steal card information . Be careful while answering this call or it has better to block it.

Called me to tell me my card is being put on hold due to “unusual activity.” The unusual activity was me spending 7 on public transportation in the city I live in. Yeah, no way… When I tried calling back to the number they gave me, the name of my credit union was not mentioned in the call: RED FLAG

FRAUD!! I called my bank & my last payment was 4 my phone bill. All of the calls from the bank is recorded & there was no recorded phone call 2 me from them stating tat my card had been used!!

This is for real, the best friend to my debit card. It has saved me 2 times now. Thus is real protection not a scam. The debut card company uses this service for the cards they make for all banks. Banks and credit unions do not crest their own cards.
