The call wait time to schedule a phone interview or do an phone interview is ridiculous. I ame waiting for someone to answer my call for 2 hours. I hung the phone up. The HRA system has to do better than the way it is now. For years this is the way they operate and it's awful .

Been getting bouncedfor the past two hours, had to listen to the automated voice read a whole essay, just to be put on hold and I'm stilling waiting while typing this comment. Crazy

been calling for days every morning waiting on hold until closing time, and then left call back number and received a missed call message for the next day and my phone never rang. this service is horrible and then your application will be denied for a so called failure to comply

I call HRA to find out the status of my application and I was put on hold for three hours until I hang up how do put some one on hold for three good hours? This is very bad and HRA should do better than that, your name doesn't match your reputation and you could do better than that

Ive read these comments & it years later & the system hasnt changed. I've been on hold a few times for about six hours to then be hung up on. When you can leave a number they dont ever call you back & then you get a denial letter saying you didnt comply with theyre request.

It's impossible to talk to an agent!It takes 2 to 3 hours to talk to an agent to make an interview! They should hire more agents!
