My Netspend card works really great however you have to be careful where you use it and make sure no one else is around you or copying your debit card electronically

5 hours on hold over 3 days to get someone to talk is unacceptable! Then once i got a person to answer, i was disconntcted again waiting for cust. serv. to help me. If you value your money and ability to spend it LEAVE this joke of a bank ASAP. they offer zaro acceptabke solutions! RUN!!!?!!!

i called this number from an opened email in my inbox, first of all i dont have a netspend account and had no way of getting one at the time frame it daid i signed online into a new card receiver acct. i called just now, the call sounds like it is recorded and wants Ss#or card# don't do it

my pre pay debit card was purchased and would not work for ATMs I didn't know that you can only swipe them and if you want ATMs you have to get a PIN number I went to their customer service and got a PIN number issued and it partially activated my car so if you buy the card it's only partially activ
