u are too rude when demanding,always listen to acustomer who has been paying well and know why,he or she has not cleared on time,being rude doesnt help on recovery

I've made the payment but I don't why you're still calling and saying that I haven't yet cleared, because what ususally happens is that once you make a deposit on your phone, the money is automatically chopped. So, I don't why you keep calling and saying that the money hasn't reflected on your a/c.

guys some who takes your money for more than 5 times and clears it , u over call, and also intereste rate is ubonormal

i had money on my mobile money account and it was deducted automatically i yried to check if i had an outstanding loan and the mopesa account said i had no loan so i let it go when i tried to pay it still said i have no loan but am now seeing a phone call from you please explain what is happening

if i get a loan and am unable to pay it in time and you increase your interest and i accept it. Then i promise you to pay with in 3days then why would be on my neck because have already accepted the increase and willing to pay you but you keep on being rude.
