I've made the payment but I don't why you're still calling and saying that I haven't yet cleared, because what ususally happens is that once you make a deposit on your phone, the money is automatically chopped. So, I don't why you keep calling and saying that the money hasn't reflected on your a/c.

i had money on my mobile money account and it was deducted automatically i yried to check if i had an outstanding loan and the mopesa account said i had no loan so i let it go when i tried to pay it still said i have no loan but am now seeing a phone call from you please explain what is happening
