I've made the payment but I don't why you're still calling and saying that I haven't yet cleared, because what ususally happens is that once you make a deposit on your phone, the money is automatically chopped. So, I don't why you keep calling and saying that the money hasn't reflected on your a/c.

Eh This is my first time to receive a call from MOPESA. I have never defaulted on my loan payment. Even when 2 days have passed, they never deducted automatically. The used to send reminders but i was surprised when i received a rude call. Thought KCB was professional than these online money lenders
