Made a payment arrangement. They restored my service but throttled me. Called back to ask what I'm paying for and they had no idea that I just made a payment arrangement less than an hour after making it. Absolute clown show.

This is really annoying not alloying me to speak to alive association because that crappie machine not allowing me to speak with a real person that can easily help me.
