I also hate their phone system it argues with you thinking it knows best.... I end up screaming at the phone.... customer service isn't much better

This is the most frustrating thing I've got. I've never had to deal with this automated system. Sucks, they've restarted my moto now 5 times this is ridiculous. absolutely the worst customer service ever the text seem to just repeat themself without actually listening to the customer's problem they want to start troubleshooting level 101 when you've already fixed 99% of the issue your called about and then almost an hour later you get hung up on LOSERS!!!

this number worked great for me I used the automated system chose my category hit zero and was transferred to a live agent. I don't know why everyone's complaining about this number it was good for me.
