This is the most frustrating thing I've got. I've never had to deal with this automated system. Sucks, they've restarted my moto now 5 times this is ridiculous. this number worked great for me I used the automated system chose my category hit zero and was transferred to a live agent. I don't know why everyone's complaining about this number it was good for me.

Made a payment arrangement. They restored my service but throttled me. Called back to ask what I'm paying for and they had no idea that I just made a payment arrangement less than an hour after making it. Absolute clown show.
