Hard to speak to live agent took me 7 times to finally get to live person.... AI bytes

Made a payment arrangement. They restored my service but throttled me. Called back to ask what I'm paying for and they had no idea that I just made a payment arrangement less than an hour after making it. Absolute clown show.

to get to an agent just say you want to buy something.

I needed to speak to a live agent to claer up abillig problem. AI has is just programed bately to handle simple tasks if you need to speak to an agent. AI will hang up on you. The program is not good.

Why would you call it spam if this is the company you get your cable and Internet. I dont understand those comments.

just call 1-800-xfinity i dont know whats going on with this number i called with an issue they couldnt fix it then repeatedly called me back when i finally answered (cause they were going on my nerves with so many calls) they just kepted asking for my name & address
