reconfirm and reinforce on your decision that you do not want the insurance because by the end of the call they will start charging your credit card. never bother to ask if we have the time to listen or not. just straightaway explain the policy. be firm with them.

Scam call, talk about giving cash back every month, ask about what packages is this then don’t know how to answer. Don’t wan to listen and rejected after 2mins, and she was like “ah lah, ok la” and hang up

not sure really form UOB or outsource call center, but the agent is rude. i already said not interested, but keep asking me which part that I'm not interested since he have not explain yet. before he hangup i overheard he mumble "not yet explain say not interested". ehhh hello! duke hati aku lah!
