Scammers have spoofed SOFI’s phone number. What to know: banks never call you. You call them. This scam group will ask if you are ‘name’. But, they do not ask you to further verify your identity. Then will ask if you made 3 purchases (airline ticket, 1k phone service, small purchase). Hang up!!

This is SoFi Bank’s actual number, so if you call it, you will be fine. However, scammers have spoofed it so it looks like this number when they call you. Always hang up and call back yourself to be sure.
