BLOCKING and REPORTING SPAM are on two completely different levels, BLOCKING simply means you are shutting it down for your own personal reasons on your device! REPORTING SPAM is where it effects the rest of us because REPORTS are sent worldwide not just your phone! NOT SPAM!
