i would suggest you call Chase directly and do not answer this call. Yes some of the calls are really from Chase but many are being spoofed. Be careful with this one.

The Scammers “spoof” Chase Card Services’ actual phone number. Be cautious and aware. If you have a Chase credit card or accounts with them, ask good questions and don’t reveal sensitive info until you’re sure they’re legit. Best might be to go to bank in person.
