Can confirm that this is a legitimate number for PayPal customer service. I was having a problem getting money out of my PayPal account, and when I talked to the support bot, it referred me to this number.

I've been using PayPal for about 4 yrs now an I haven't had not 1 issue with the App!!!! I use it for a 2nd and 3rd payment for several different payment methods!!!!!! I don't understand why it's called a spam or malicious app ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

This is the correct number. The ppl calling it spam probably received a call regarding their account and, without answering, assumed it was spam.
