Can confirm that this is a legitimate number for PayPal customer service. I was having a problem getting money out of my PayPal account, and when I talked to the support bot, it referred me to this number.

This is the correct number. The ppl calling it spam probably received a call regarding their account and, without answering, assumed it was spam.

I don't have a PayPal account! I can't sign in because of that and I don't want to take a chance of being caught up with PayPal at all! People just refund Nov and Dec recurring charges for a company that doesn't even exist. charges are manually submitted, as well. thank you, Catherine Fantauzzo
