hello insurance wireless I was expecting a phone activated. I received the phone but there was no SIM card that came along I have a lot going on right now and really don't need this to be an issue if you could please help fix this I really appreciate it. thank you

when I couldn't get a response using HELP or STOP, I dialed *611 and it was answered by Straight talk wireless. idk why caller id shows Tax Slayer or Assurance.

i been with this service for about 4 years. 2 steady and about 1-2 off and on and they are not very reliable when giving you information. they all tell different stories and thats why i switched carriers in the past. they need to have the right information for their customers.
