first I have to question who calls a student loan servicer Nelnet? ever since they switched I thought I was being spammed by an internet provider. they call me non-stop yet no one ever answers the phone or picks up and I never authorized them to use an auto dialer which is required in the US.

I had to sit through the callback phone queue twice because the number was flagged as spam and when they tried to call me back the call was blocked. It was over an hour each time. Yet the real spam calls keep getting through. Ridiculous.
