I called twice this morning because I got a letter in the mail saying that they have not many able to reach the number that I had on my account so I called to resolve this and though it may be legit The person taking the call I believe with the same exact person but they gave me two different names.

total incompetence on part of BCU. Will not stop interfering with card and purchases even when ordered to so. i even had my attorney send a cease and desist letter to BCU Security and Legal Departments. Ive blocked their calls and texts.

It's actually legit. Many credit bureaus use them for fraudulent activity alerts. They can reactivate your debit card.

Legit? Probably but their agents are not very well trained or informed. Considering I've had fraud on acct 3X times in 6 months, and they haven't caught that, it gave me pause. Agent could not define frequency of what their "regular" security checks were or why my acct was flagged.
