called me and threatened to file a lawsuit against me without telling me why. very aggressive, threatening and intimidating behavior.

They are a corrupt debt collection agency in Virginia that buys old debts with outdated information, which leads to them spam calling the wrong person. Furthermore they also try to wrongly collect from identity theft victims. If they keep spam calling me, I’m going to report them to the CFPB.
