i dont use my credit card since last 1 year, but i now i received meseaage transection done worth rs 66000 which wad fraud , bank's customer care reg my complaint but advised me to conert the ammount into emi , after 90 days they give disission about actutal position, which was not my liability

I am receiving massages from Axis bank but nighter have account or not dealing with Axis bank, many time complain to customer services but you have not stopped massages. please stop sending masses otherwise I will be forced to take ligal action.
