whenever i load airtime it says i has deducted some amount , it says its for an airtime advance i took and i would remember if i took one. vodacom needs to fix this issue or as its loyal customer I'll will switch to other network

i dont owe vodacon any advance but you always diduct my airtime everytime when i recharge would you please fix that for me i didn't join anything if there's something ive join please cancel everything or else i will change to another network if you don't fix this problem tnx
