They call when I answer no response or they play an irritating music at the background, it's annoying.

They keep on phoning me. The moment I answer the call, the call ends / is dropped. Goes on like this day after day

Pretty sure this is illegal. I never concented to getting calls from them, and never even gave them my number. POPIA needs to be enforced and Cell C needs to suffer
