They are such a sleezy company. They double charged me 3x and told me it was refunded, it wasn't. Ever. They made switching carriers not happn cuz they wouldn't release my number, they will tell you things will be fixed and never do. & they don't keep records so follow up is sorry and the same again

HORRIBLE customer service. the service itself has been decent for years, but if something goes wrong and you have to contact them, you're in big trouble. I've had them lie about reimbursement, make up stories about replacement phone, act like they cant hear you anymore to get out of helping, etc.
